This event was held in January of 1996 at a great club called Jillian's in Long Beach. Jillian's used to be a bank, hence the vault photos. The event was produced by the fetish clothing store Fit To Be Tied of Seal Beach, Cal., and Strickly Speaking Publications, who produces, among others, DDI.
